NOHA Award - Most Deserving Offficial

Congratulations to Bob Dumond on this award.

This award is presented to someone who has played a key role in the Officiating Program in their district.
Bob is always willing to go and supervise young officials and who has also assisted with instruction and administration at the development camps.
